These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website 8k-tv.com operated by CooliWorks. By contacting us for an order, the buyer agrees to the following terms.

Goods-first rule: everything we do is attached to a purchase of physical 8K TV units.

1. Nature of Business

All our services are tied to the purchase of physical 8K television goods. No standalone advisory or consulting service is available. Model recommendation and specification verification are provided free of charge as ancillary support to purchasing customers only.

2. Quotation and Orders

We handle bulk wholesale orders only. The standard minimum order quantity is 20 units.
Pricing is quotation-based. A written quotation is provided upon email inquiry and remains valid for the period stated in the quotation.
An order becomes binding only after both parties confirm product models, quantities, unit price, payment terms and shipping terms in writing by email.

3. Payment

We accept PayPal for international wholesale business transactions. All payment terms are confirmed via email before order execution. Invoices, where issued, state the currency, amount and goods description.

4. Quality Inspection

Every television unit undergoes pre-shipment quality inspection, including screen-on testing and interface checking, at the factory before packing. Inspection results are available to the buyer upon request before shipment.

5. Shipping and Risk

Bulk goods are shipped internationally according to the shipping terms confirmed in the order (e.g., FOB or CIF). Risk of loss transfers to the buyer in accordance with the confirmed Incoterms. We coordinate logistics but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.

6. Returns and Refunds

Goods found defective at the time of delivery should be reported with photos or video within 14 days of arrival; verified defective units are handled by replacement or refund of the affected units.
As this is wholesale trade of physical goods, returns for non-quality reasons are handled case by case by mutual agreement in writing.
Refunds, where agreed, are issued through the original payment method.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith email negotiation.
